Had me a few drinks of late and decided to go a bit fancier than the standard Absinthe and Baboonz. I have a phone app that tells me what i can make with what i have in the alcohol cabinet and it seems to be doozin a pretty good job from what i can see.... some of the drinks are doubled up with the only difference being the name they are given, but meh, as long as im drinking and having a time who am i to complain right ? lolz.
What we have created here is a "brain Cell", it consists of peach schnapps as the clear layer (15ml), baileys Irish cream floated on top of the clear layer (15ml) and then a few drops of Grenadine (5ml) to create the funky effect and is the red color you can see.
This looks hella crazy but it actually tastes alright and is a fun drink to make... kinda feel all sciencey doing it, lolz.
