The answer is 15. Three bottles equal to 30. Each bottle equal to ten. Two hamburgers equal to 10. Each one means five. A hamburger with four beers is nine. Each beer is one then. And finally we need to do the multiple first before addition. 1 x 4 + 5 = 15
