I live in Michigan. This was a few days ago at Colorado Gator Farm in Colorado. They have 300 alligators, including the one from Happy Gilmore. They geothermally heat the water to 87 degrees. The most dangerous thing for alligators is alligators. By catching them we were actually doing medical checks. We moved a very big one to a warmer spot. We moved a medium one to an isolated spot so that it could be fed separately because it hasn't been eating enough. We put antibiotic ointment on several wounds. And, one, Cujo, the one that really tried to bite me, had an infected leg so we gave him an antibiotic shot.
