Vegan Jalapeno Poppers
Of course as I made these for the girls family I hear about their meat and cheese options. Like I know how everyone else makes this, but here is some flavor without the death.
- Its so easy. Just de-Seed your Jalapenos and fill with Hummus.
- For the Topping I soak Raw Cashews for 4 hours in almond milk and then puree the whole together.
- Bake for about 45minutes at 375
- For sweet sauce I just take a 1/4 cup rice vinegar and blackberries and heat up. Then mash together. So easy
- Prep like 10 minutes.
