I made mango salsa when I lived overseas several years ago. It was a nice, fresh treat. Super Bowl is notorious for being unhealthy. Congrats on getting something tasty (and good for you) on the table!
I'm sure your kids would love this too! A great way to serve the healthy veggies too :) You are correct about those superbowl snacks.. I love the appetizers but many of them I take a pass on. Thanks @sumatranate, glad you stopped by today.
