Fruits and Veggies Monday: Spiced Peas
This recipe is so easy and delicious. This can be serve as a side dish, or simply as a snack. It has only few ingredients, and mostly can be easily find in your fridge or pantry. So, if you love good food but don't have enough time to cook, This one's the best for you.
Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- oil
- onion
- chili (1)
- frozen peas
- capsicum (any color)
- lemon
Preparations:
- In a preheated pan with oil, fry the onion and chili until soft
- Add in the capsicum and sautee until tender
- Add the shelled peas and cook for few minutes until soft
Sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper
Garnish with lemon wedges, and Enjoy!
