Hello. My steemit people, this time I bring you a vegetarian recipe, to participate in the #fruitsandveggiesmonday contest sponsored by: @lenasveganliving, I hope you like it and are encouraged to do the preparation.
Ingredients:
• Cornmeal.
• Cabbage.
• Onion.
• Carrot.
• Avocado.
• Lettuce to decorate.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
Elaboration:
Place the arepa in a roasting pan.

Place onion and tomato.
Fill the arepa with: a salad of cabbage, carrot and avocado.

Ready the preparation. To taste

Looks delicious...how did you make the actual arepa...the cornmeal part? Just mix with water? Or do you use any lard in it?
@mamajeani Greetings from Venezuela. The mass for the arepa was: water and salt. Then take it to roast it. Zero grease and do not use any product of animal origin. Thanks for the upvote and for reading my post.
