Fruits and Veggies Monday Contest 🥒today: Greek peasant salad in a different way

My partner was shopping and I should prepare a delicious salad from these ingredients

With herbs from my garden

I cooked the asparagus and then cut it as well as the rest of the vegetables.

I have marinated the salad with olive oil, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, pinch of sugar and herbs such as parsley, chives, oregano and thyme and of course the pomegranate should not be missing

... and there was a glass of good, self-produced Uhudler red wine from self-supporting grapevines.

It is not only wine produced, jam also tastes of these grapes very well
