Looks fantastically delicious as always! A great way to finish off the asparagus for the year. We are starting to get lots of cucumbers at the market, so I'll need to do that type of salad soon. I love fresh dill!
Cucumbers and Dill are the perfect combination - whether in a vinegar-oil or in a yoghurtstyle dressing.
