Potato muffins!! Oh my goodness, I need those in my life. I used some cabbage turnip (usually called kohlrabi here) in soup this week myself. I love it. So good raw or cooked. We're trying to grow some in our garden, but might be getting too late in the season now. We'll see!
Thank you for liking it, yes here in Austria they are also called kohlrabi, I will grow them again this year, but I have to wait a bit, it is still too cold!
