Look at all that zucchini goodness! It really is such a versatile veggie. You're so right about not tasting it either, it just adds some good moisture to keep all those goodies super yummy! I bet someone is going to love her birthday care package. A muffin would be fantastic with my mug of coffee right now... :)
Thanks @plantstoplanks! She received her packages and was quite pleased to know the zucchini was from their garden...although usps was a bit rough with the muffins, lol) It was okay, not pretty but still tasty.
