It's basically a program where you can send in Steem to sponsor someone for shares in their program where the more you have, the higher the upvote you get. The cool thing about it is that the person who sponsors the share, also gets an additional share so it is mutually beneficial. It's a great option for contests to help grow all accounts involved!
