This is a sampling of the veggies in my CSA box this week. There were 8 ears of corn and a lot more Romano beans than I included in the picture.. A big bag full of carrots, too.. It is so nice to have such wonderful organic, locally grown veggies during the summer.
The grandkids were here this weekend and we cooked sweet corn on the grill. Such a treat!

That is one health picture for sure. There is really nothing like the veggies from your own garden or locally grown veggies. They taste so much better than when you shop at big supermarkets. Not that I ever do anymore. The taste can not be compared at all. :)
