All green?!

Today we had tofu...
...Tofu with cashew basil pesto, chickpeas, beans fried in garlic and pea cream.

I kept it in a green shade.
A true protein bomb.
Healthy, delicious and an eye-catcher.

I chose both smoked tofu and spiced tofu, which was lightly fried in olive oil.

The pesto was easy to make. Just put basil, cashews and olive oil with some salt and pepper in the blender and it's done.

Cook the peas until they are soft and add them to the blender with olive oil and spices.

The chickpeas have been soaked in water for 12 hours and cooked. Then fry briefly with the green beans, garlic and spices in olive oil.

A hearty lunch, which everyone tastes.

Tudo verde?!

Hoje comemos tofu...
... Tofu com pesto de manjericão de caju, grão-de-bico, feijão frito em alho e creme de ervilhas.

Guardei-o na sombra verde.
Uma verdadeira bomba de proteínas.
Saudável, delicioso e atraente.

Eu escolhi tofu fumado e tofu temperado, que foi levemente frito em azeite.

O pesto era fácil de fazer. Basta colocar manjericão, caju e azeite com um pouco de sal e pimenta no liquidificador e está pronto.

Cozinhe as ervilhas até ficarem macias e junte-as ao liquidificador com azeite e especiarias.

O grão-de-bico é embebido em água durante 12 horas e cozido. Em seguida, frite brevemente com o feijão verde, o alho e as especiarias em azeite.

Um bom almoço, que todos degustam.

Heute gab es Tofu...
...Tofu mit Cashew-Basilikum Pesto, Kichererbsen, Bohnen in Knoblauch angebraten und Erbsencreme.

Ich habe es im Grünton gehalten.
Eine wahre Protein Bombe.
Gesund, lecker und ein Hingucker.

Ich wählte sowohl Räuchertofu als auch Gewürztofu, dieser wurde leicht in Olivenöl angebraten.

Das Pesto war Kinderleicht zu machen. Einfach Basilikum, Cashews und Olivenöl mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer in den Mixer, fertig ist es.

Die Erbsen kochen, bis diese weich sind und ebenfalls mit Olivenöl und Gewürzen in den Mixer geben.

Die Kichererbsen wurden 12 Std. in Wasser eingelegt und gekocht. Dann kurz mit den grünen Bohnen, Knoblauch und Gewürzen in Olivenöl anbraten.

Ein herzhaftes Lunch, welches jedem schmeckt.
