What a delightful feast my Dear Lizelle! That is truly creative way serving delicious tomatoes, one of my favorite veggie (well it is actulay fruit, but hey, lol). Not to forget the avocado humus; sounds like a fantastic filling to make the taste buds go to heaven, lol. I can practically taste it! YUM! Besides, the outstanding presentation that is the feast for eyes as well 🍅🌿🍅
