This is so different from the regular cabbage soup I love to prepare. Actually I've never tasted anything like this, but I imagine it's really tasty with the tomatoes and the beets! I love that you've been sharing some soup recipes with us lately, they're exactly what we need now when it's getting colder and colder outside! :)
