You can eat frozen durian 😉 it taste like ice cream I think. You can use the frozen durian to make this soup.. but don't use dairy milk.
how about defrosting and eating it raw?
It will be fine and delicious too.. depends on the quality of the fruits, i think the taste won't change unless a bit less sweet than the fresh one. Just don't drink beer or carbonated water after that
