That is an amazing calling card for this #FruitsandVeggies challenge! I mean, seriously yum!! I do not think I have ever seen an open-faced sandwich that had so much righteousness packed into it!

I have come to respect the avacado for more than just a guacamole dip now, although, I still love it that way. There are countless ways to make it shine! You have helped me see through the Mexican wilderness.
Thank you for giving visuals for presentation. How much more pleasant to sit down to that. I won't give you any of my visuals, I don't want to scare you and I am not sure we could be friends afterward. :)
