Mango: simply sancochar the mango and use its pulp, add sugar and mix it in a cauldron with a wooden palette. Give him enough palette until he takes off from the sides. let it sit and stay like jello. When the guava is boiled, it is liquefied without water and it is added in a pot with sugar and, at low heat, it is given the palette until it is creamy. let it sit and spread a sweet delirium of guava. If you want to add some essence or lemon zest to both, you can add them. but they have it healthy without essence.@lenasveganliving.
