Wonderful post. I wish I could take the time to go with a mushroom hunting guide. I wouldn't know what to pick. My father once picked some mushrooms and made an omelette with them. He offered me some but I was angry with him about something so I didn't eat it. After he was in the hospital having his stomach pumped haha.
But I am crazy about mushrooms and what you have there look sooo beautiful and they must be delicious.
