This time I tried to post about Jackfruit,
This one fruit has many uniqueness and extraordinary benefits

In Aceh usually when the fruit is still young can be cooked to contrived "Kuah Pliek" and also sauce "Asam keueung"

When ripe fruit jackfruit can also be made to make "KuahTuhe". Way of making that is by slicing small jackfruit then complained with coconut milk

the skin is also in great demand by livestock such as goats, cattle and similar stars
