Nanas Merah Kaya Akan Mamfaat

Nanas Merah dalam bahasa Latin disebut Ananas Bracteatus, masyarakat di pedesaan menyebutnya Nanas Pagar hal ini disebabkan biasanya ditanam sebagai pagar atau dipinggir kebun dekat pagar atau rumah. Nanas ini termasuk dalam kategori tanaman hias walaupun berbuah yang dapat dikonsumsi. Asal mula tanaman ini berasal dari Amerika Latin;Brasil, Argentina dan paraguay Namun demikian di negara Indonesia dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik dengan iklim tropisnya.

Red Pineapple in Latin called "Ananas Bracteatus" , rural people call it Pineapple hedge this is caused usually grown as a hedge or garden edge near the hedge or house. This pineapple is included in the category of ornamental plants although fruitful that can be consumed. The original of this plant originated in Latin America latin, Brazil, Argentina and paraguay. However, in Indonesia the country can grow and develop well with its tropical climate.

Proses penanaman bibit diambil dari batang tunas yang tumbuh di sekitar buah atau di sekeliling batang, jarak tanam 1x1 meter. Untuk saat ini pembudidayaan nanas ini kurang di minati masyarakat, disebabkan sulit mendapatkan bibit, buahnya kecil, rasa asam dan daunnya panjang yang disertai banyak duri. Setiap batang menghasilkan satu buah nanas dengan durasi masa panen 4-5 bulan dimulai dari tumbuh bakal buah.

Buah nanas yang telah matang dapat dikonsumsi dalam berbagai macam makanan olahan; dapat dijadikan rujak dengan dicampur dengan aneka buah lainnya, asem manis, juice dan aneka olahan dan masakan lainnya.

Nanas sangat banyak mamfaatnya disamping efek negatif yang dihasilkan, adapun manfaatnya adalah:

Mengkonsumsi buah nanas dapat mengurangi rasa nyeri bagi perempuan yang sedang mengalami masa haid dan dapat memperlancar haid.

2. Peningkatan Imun Tubuh

Kandungan zat asam amino eben sial dan non esensialdalam buah nanas dapat membantu peningkatan imun tubuh dan dapat meningkatkan stamina dari kelemahan.

3. Melindungi Pencernaan

Nanas merupakan buah yang berserat tinggi sehingga sangat baik dalam memudahkan proses memperlancar pencernaan di dalam lambung.
