This year's aronia berries harvest

In one of the comments I mentioned that I have a dozen of aronia berry bushes planted.

Well the time for the harvest has come and the weather is not to hot so it is the perfect time to pick them.

As you can see this year there was so much fruit that the bushes were basically laying on the ground.

After four hours me and my parents barely managed to pick one third of the total,but even that was 20 kilograms witch is 45 pounds for you Americans 😉.

Because the berries have a really tart flavour we are probably going to make juice from them with blueberries and blackberries.
