Fruit, What's Not to Love?

Be forewarned that my posts may seem to be like a hyperactive whirlwind!

So most of my diet is typically fruit. Any and every fruit that I crave or feel like trying. They're just so HYDRATING and DELICIOUS! There's so many kinds to choose from and I can honestly say that it's very healthy. People don't eat enough fruit nowadays. Melons, berries, sweet fruits, sub acid fruits, sour fruits, tart fruits, water rich fruits! It's all there and ripe for the tasting.

I can eat a bowl of fruit and work out easily without it sapping my energy and making me sleepy or even a smoothie!

There are some fruit I may not like as much as another. For instance, tomatoes. Took me YEARS to enjoy tomatoes. It was the texture that threw me off, but as I became mostly raw vegan, my taste buds changed. I started to love them, especially dehydrated tomatoes with Italian herbs and spices. Get a dehydrator. Seriously. It will change your life. Same with a Vitamix. You can make banana nice cream in it easily!
