LAHORE: Mr L.V. Kozmin, the active USSR Trade Commissioner, said here the previous evening [Jan 28] that his Government had offered to assemble a steel process in Pakistan. Conversing with newsmen at a gathering held in his respect in a nearby lodging, he said the offer was "under dynamic thought" of the legislature of Pakistan. Asked in the matter of to what extent would it take to finish the issue, Mr Kozmin said that the "ball is currently in your court, I can state nothing more in such manner".
