The mighty frog lunch. *3

While I find it quite endearing that the branding for the company is of a handsome bull frog, it is ironic that we are eating them right after appreciating their aesthetic virtues.

I don't have a particular angst against eating frogs because they have been a part of my food repertoire since I was young. We used to have them cooked with congee and to be honest, they taste almost indistinguishable from chicken. The characteristics of the meat are very similar to poultry and tend to take on the flavour of whichever sauce you cook them with.

Unusual but very delicious.
