La Rana in El Universo, San Carlos
How delightful to have been able to spend some time with La Rana. Due to the alarming trends in the loss of Amphibious Life all over the planet, it feels all the more precious to have met La Rana, or as is known in English as 'The Frog'. In a way it is reminiscent of an admirer, or outright fan of all Amphibious Life, running into a member of the admired Family of Amphibious Beings and being able to get the camera out. The image was taken first, then the movie followed. Present at the time was an amicable neighbor that offered himself to make La Rana move in order for everyone to see that It is doing fine. After that, La Rana decided to seek shelter in the thick vegetation under a large shrub. I would have sought shelter myself from these Human Beings. Pesky little buggers that want to take pictures, or whatever they call that. The thought about what La Rana might think about me, when I take a picture of her, of which she could probably have said, that she could easily live without having these pictures done. It will take some time for the next photo session to come.
When I was a much younger Universe, I fancied the idea to help a Frog family to expand easily through the offerings of food items that would make the going about to organize these items somewhere superfluous. The Frog family willingly agreed to be fed and to remain in the drain of the entrance area of our building. One time it rained really hard and somehow the large Frog family might have been instrumental about the flooding that subsequently occurred. New rules were made that forbade one to feed, or even to slightly encourage any sort of Animal to seek well supplied shelter in any of the possible shelters the house could provide for other Beings than its human ones.
Ever since that time in my youth, I have great admiration for Frogs - for La Rana. With the exception of Coqui-Frogs in Hawai'i, that actually don't belong there, but can easily take away a good night's rest from You by making infamously loud noise. All night long. They only stop before a significantly sized earthquake is about to happen. I can attest to that. All others are most welcome and appreciated. Emphasis laid on Appreciation - to appreciate The Universe 'As Is', allowing for more along the way. Not to overdo it. Not to have all the required accessories that will be necessary to look at Life as Being The Universe. La Rana - The Frog - and I, are on the same Team. A Cooperative to make the best of the remaining time, We, as Mammals, and All Others might have left. Do We let it slide away into oblivion - like it might already happen - or do We emphasize the 'Other' Expressions of Life in The Universe? To look at The Frog and to enjoy its appearance, created a differing vibrational frequency from one of indifference, or being disinterested in Other Life Forms. It always boils down to the fact, that it takes Everything As Is to make this Universe. To continue the friendship of over half a century, I do intend to create a biotope in El Universo. Might as well provide to as many None-Human Members of the 'Life On Earth Club' shelter. Beauty farms. Or simply the most appreciated surroundings for Amphibious Beings right here, in El Universo.
There is an already depressed area near the house, with mostly sand and pebbles. Little, or now soil. It might be a perfect spot for a decently sized pond. With ample room for The Frogs, Las Ranas and all other water loving creatures. Like mosquito larvae eating fish in the pond. Which would cut down on the blood extraction that takes place this time around. The mosquitoes would all trust the pond and ultimately lose the bet, since after their deaths all their offspring would be eaten, or significantly reduced to allow for nights free of mosquito bites. Or the precluding high pitch noise they employ. Personally, I have solved the problem once and for all. After many years of intense research into mosquito repelling substances, I ended up with ear plugs. They work best with all kinds of mosquitoes. You see, the Magic about it is, that when You don't hear them anymore, they can't find You anymore. Because I get only bitten when I accidentally sleep without them and am woken to the way too annoying sound of a mosquito around the ears. It is only due to the fact, that - without the anti-mosquito-ear plugs - there is a significant increase of blood-theft by mosquitoes.
A lovely biotope, including fish pond and aqua culture will reduce the need for mosquito screens based upon the required amount of bio-mass given to The Pond. It is like Energy In - Energy Out. Like Yin and Yang. Speaking of which, YinYang says that "Patience is like a Tree, whose roots are very bitter, but whose fruits are very sweet." She also said that You would know what that meant.
It might be wise to give back to The Universe, by supporting and helping out with Amphibian and other Life Forms' survival as long as possible. Let the Amphibians and All Others have an excellent time with lots of fun and good food. Like, letting Lots of Fun and Good Food for Everybody being a Mantra of Well Being for All Beings.
