The people we call “true” friends are often few and far between. We have coworkers and acquaintances that we often refer to as friends but we would never use them as a shoulder to cry on nil or would they necessarily lean on us in those times of need. Our deepest friendships are the ones that transcend time and distance and no matter what or when you can count on those people to be there for you at the drop of a hat. You are exactly right in your statement. Keep that close network of friends and cherish them always.
