History Of Friendship Day.
Today is the world friendship day. The day is being celebrated world wide as a friendship day and a holiday. The first Sunday of August is celebrated as friendship day almost all over the world. but some country people have chosen a different day to celebrate the friendship day.
In Brazil And Argentina 20th July is celebrated as friendship day.
In Finland and Estonia Valentines day is celebrated as friendship day too.
In Paraguay 30th July is the friendship day.
In Peru From 2009, the first Saturday of July is celebrated as Friends Day.
History,
The history of Friends/Friendship day is not well known. but the day was first proposed by Joyce Hall(the founder of Hallmark cards) in 1930. from then the trend of celebrating friends day began.
