Friendship With Strong Understanding

The most important point in human relations is to understand our interlocutor as well as possible. Since most of us behave as if we do not understand our interlocutor well, but pretending to understand them well, our communication becomes morbid and we suffer from it.

In order for a person to understand his interlocutor well, he must first listen to him with all his ears. After listening to the other person, the most important thing is whether we understand him correctly. In order to understand him correctly, if necessary, "I understood what you said, is it true?" we should be able to ask. It is obvious that after understanding, that is, after making the diagnosis correctly, the treatment will be easy. Here, we listen first, then check if we understand correctly, and then we help the other person by showing love, showing interest, and transferring information as much as we can. This is the reason why our communication is solid in our friendship.

When we look at people with a strong understanding, we see that the success rate of people who welcome their interlocutor with love, listen, understand and help to the extent of their strength is high, pretending to listen to the person in front of them but saying, "Don't worry, never mind, what is there to be upset about?" We see that people around them are full of fake people who do not understand and do not produce solutions. But unfortunately, our people, mostly our managers, have almost accepted sloppyness as their life principle.

Understanding is the foundation of being wise. A wise man understands and explains. He speaks in a way that the interlocutor can understand. For example, a man who does not like jokes does not joke. He does not make gestures to a religious man. He doesn't speak badly. But when he has no understanding, of course, a person who does not know where to talk and what to talk not only makes himself laugh at his absurd behavior, but also proves his humanity by showing how unbalanced he is. A person who understands knows how to win the love of the addressee by not talking about the things he does not like. When we look at such people, we see that there are people who respect many people, are happy in life, and are satisfied with few things, although not everyone's love.

If we come to the point after all this explanation, the reason why our friendship is based on solid foundations is to listen, understand, confirm that he has understood correctly, and then help our interlocutor to solve his problem by giving information if it is knowledge, if it is love, if there is anything else we can give. .
