A bad friend is someone who draws you backward instead of moving forward and never wanted any thing good for you
There are so many types of friends. There are good and bad friends. There is an adage that says "Show me your friends and i will show you who you are"
The kind of friends you move with, really define who you are. It says more about your personality. It tells people more about what you can do by predicting.

For an instance if you have a friend who steals at night and come back home with money he never worked for and you got enticed sooner or later,you will also start stealing. Which means you ended up having a bad friend.

- They give you wrong advice
- They influence ones life negatively
- They pretend to love you but stab you at the back in your absence
- They speak ill of you to others
- They are friends that do not want you to be more successful than them
