Happy Harvest ❤️

As the summer comes to an end, we focus our attention on the harvest. Finally, we can now retract what we have sown. Whether it's about the harvest in the truest sense of the word, such as picking the fruit and vegetables that we planted in the spring. Or in a figurative sense perhaps because we benefit from the healthy habits with which we started in the spring.

Although the months of harvest time vary depending on where in the world you are at home. It takes place sometime between August and November in the fall. The word autumn has etymologically the same origin as the English word harvest. So it used to mean harvest time. In English, the agricultural term has held to this day.

But no matter when the harvest festivals take place, they offer us the best opportunity to express our gratitude for the abundance of fresh and wholesome food available to us. And they remind us that whenever possible we should meet with our friends and family to party together and have a good time together.
