I read somewhere that one of the most important/sought after jobs soon will be "metadata miners" - not like crypto mining, but finding patterns in data that can be used to address real life problems and solve them.
Thinking about what that even means kind of makes my head hurt...but yes, I feel like I have heard of things like this - like maybe on Radio Lab or something like that. Wild stuff!
