comment means "how".

ne ... pas is a negation mode. When you put peux (pouvoir) in "ne .. pas", it means "can not". Because "pouvoir" means "can". These are present indicative conjugations of pouvoir:

je peux (I can)
tu peux (I can)
il/elle peut (he/she/it can)
nous pouvons (we can)
vous pouvez (you-all can)
ils/elles peuvent (they can)

savoir means "to know".

ça means "this/that/it".
