That really is a problem - which one to go to. Might make for many accidents :) But without kidding - it has become a real problem because everyone feels they have to make a stand for their particular belief. I say, let's have some toilets open to anyone who needs to use it!

Some individual toilets already are for both but group toilets not so often...
