10 Books to Halloween . . .
For my countdown of spooky stories I've written, I begin with Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. The tale of Ichabod Crane’s confrontation with the Headless Horseman has long been a classic amongst fans of the spooky, and it has inspired countless retellings. For my graphic novel adaptation of this fabled tale, the artist was the talented Tod Smith. He gifted me one of my favorite spreads from the story, which hangs in my office
