It's sad, isn't it. I've felt ambivalent about Steemit from the beginning for this reason, which is a shame because its community is pretty damn fine. But it feels like the whole bidbot thing just shows it up as the abstraction many perceive it as - it's not about the people inside making something good. It's just about the investment.

Fuck that.

Still I harbour some kind of hope that the next hardfork might fix things there. I live in hope!
