Have you ever been so hungry that you stopped at the first restaurant you saw? Well I have! On my way to the post office, I felt a headache coming on as I hadn't had breakfast, so I pulled into Panther Country Cafe. There's nothing like trying a new place to eat when your head is throbbing. The enchilada plate was the lunch special so I ordered that, hoping it would come out fast. Well I got lucky, the food was fabulous and hot. The place was clean and the employees were very friendly. They have an early bird taco special for .99¢ before 9:30am weekdays. Tomorrow we're going for Sunday morning breakfast with some friends of ours. I picked the restaurant, so I hope everyone loves it as much as me. Another plus to this restaurant is the location, it's three minutes from Debbie's house. 😁 I'm going to try something different for breakfast, so I'll let you know how that works out for me.
