My shoe got stuck in the mud!
When I was a boy, my shoe got stuck in the mud, everytime I went noodling at the pond.
Catching catfish with my hand was taught to me by my grandpop. We would go down to the pond at least three times a week.
Catching those monsters with my hand, and sometimes my whole arm, was so much fun. But I think the best part was being with poppop.
Sometimes when my shoe got stuck in the mud, I'd have to just leave it, and look for it the next day. That's why I always had an extra pair in the truck.
