Election Deception?

If you look at this campaign sign for this years mid-term election, the first thing you notice is that there is no last name anywhere on the sign.
Why is that?
You would think that you would want everyone to know your last name, if you wanted people to vote for you.
I know "Cher" is famous and everybody knows who she is, or even "Bruni" in mister popularity, but who the hell is "Beto"?
Maybe that name belongs to a drug dealer like "Chapo" from Mexico! Or maybe El Presidente de Mexico!
I had to look up this man's last name and he's an Irishman named O'Rourke!
Beto O'Rourke for State Senator of mostly Hispanic Texas 🇨🇱
Just let that sink in for a few minutes!
