Day-762-Freewrite Thursday Sugar Cubes
Whenever I see sugar cubes on the table, it always takes me back when I was a kid. We used to line up in the gym and everybody took a sugar cube and let it dissolve in your mouth. Little did I know at the time was that each cube was infused with the polio vaccine, I didn't care I just liked the sugar. That's why I was so husky! I'm not sure if they still use that method to administer polio vaccinations anymore but I would rather have a cube, than a shot. All of the school districts in San Antonio have mandatory required vaccinations, before kids can start school after summer vacation. Parents are keeping their kids from getting vaccines for whatever reason, and now these diseases that were close to eradication, are raising there ugly heads. Just the other day, a child died from not being vaccinated, a needless death for sure.

Me? I haven't suffered any untoward effects from my childhood vaccinations.
But, as the conspiracy theorists claim, the "Master Plan" of covert population control and the resultant class of clueless slave labor requires generations of vaccinated "sheeple" to manifest.

I don't remember the sugar cube, but I have the scar on my arm for chicken pox. I don't know that polio is being vaccinated now tbh. Have a wonderful day!

They never did in the Netherlands. We getvshots as long as I remember. Hundreds of children lined up at the gym or other public building. In Germany they had them. I don't know if it still exist. They told me a shot is more effective as swallowing.
I think as I was a kid only one granny bought the. It is more expensive as sugar. She also bought brown candy (pressed sugar?). We liked it, to us it was like candies although I liked "drop" more.
