Lingering Jingles
After reading two of @wonderwop's freewrites, he had me laughing. He wrote about his love for bacon in one. The other was about a bug zapper that didn't work for several days and realized that he needed to turn it on for it to work. My torture began immediately as my mind flooded with old television commercials.
Plug it in, plug it in...begging for bacon strips...I want to zap that voice of the dog. Plug it in, plug it in...clap on, clap off...Off! Deep woods mosquito repellent...plug it in, plug it in.
Hey Bruni! Skeeters, as you call them are buzzing vampires and the female skeeter is the only one who bites; remember that Bruni. She is always on the lookout for moving targets wearing dark clothes, especially blue..."Blue Bloods." After she bites you she sings, "Plop, plop, fizz, fizz, Oh what relief it is," because she now has food for her babies. It is your blood that makes her babies grow...your blood is mosquito baby food...you are making more mosquitoes Bruni!!! She then sings, "I can bring home the bacon, fry it up in a pan, and never let you forget you are a man."
And if you ever want to stop those skeeters in their tracks with your zapper, you must always remember to plug it in, plug it in. Now...may your mind mingle with a jingle, with every zap of your trap!
