Emotions – Freewrite Challenge Day 1

This is my very first time to join @mariannewest's #freewrite challenge, I was inspired by @iyanpol12's posts which are all so great! I decided to give it a try and see what my heart will say for that 5 minutes. Let me share my first #freewrite for the prompt - The smell from within

The smell from within is telling me I'm still yearning

The smell from within tells me to feel what I need to feel, release and move on.

Life is about to give the greatest blessing in life so I should be positive, excited and happy.

The smell from within tells me that today is another day and I should let each day count, for every day is a blessing and something that I should be grateful for.

The smell from within tells me more about emotions, about feelings, about what's running on my mind.

The smell from within wants me to feel free and shout out to the world what I have been keeping inside.

I should take away all the doubts and fears that’s bothering me, life is a never ending process, someone just told me if something happened once it doesn’t mean it will happen again.

I need courage I need strength to move forward. I may be smiling, I may look happy and okay but deep inside i am covered with fears, its human and I know its normal please do not judge me because I need help, support and payers.

I am about to end this writing I guess it was written enough to share what i have inside.

Thank you for this opportunity this is the first time I ever tried #freewrite and I promise to continue this every day until I become the best version of me, until I become aware of my emotions, until I’m able to control it.

Until what I smell from within is passion and gratefulness, trust and faith.

I am here to spread my thoughts freely, I hope there is no judgment as Steemit is for emotions and not for criticisms.

This is where I found freedom.
