Exam Stress and Anxiety -5 Minute Freewrite
There is no time as rough as exam periods for students. During this periods, students are literally sent down the lane of stress and anxiety especially if they are ill prepared.
It’s my exam period and I have literally gone into stress and anxiety mood...lol Cope with the fact that I haven't even dealt with the issues of culture shock completely, haven traveled over 10,000 km to a different country for studies. Lately I just noticed I have been feeling low, eating like a pregnant woman and always craving for surgery stuff non-stop. ‘yeah! I more than like’.
Stress could be seen as a response to pressure which could either have a favourable or unfavourable cutcome. A certain amount of pressure can be useful to keep one focused on the task at hand but on the other end, too much pressure make the said task impossible to achieve!
My thought remains how to know what level I am on, and how to stop eating unnecessary. Thinking on going…
Agree with you that a certain level of pressure is good to keep us focus and keep going. Sometimes actually the extra pressure is given to us by ourselves. Because we want to perform and show the best, indirectly we add more pressure to ourselves. So it takes us to realize this and take it easy on ourselves.
