BASKET ON STEEMIT

Hello everyone! How are you today? I would like to share with you in today's prompt with my personal experience on BASKET.

When I think of a basket, I remember my childhood because we have always a basket in our kitchen. It is sometimes made of bamboo, plastic or like the picture above. It was hung there all day night.

Since we don't have electricity that time and no refrigerator for stocking our food. And food will last only for twenty-four (24) hours so we need to cook our food with an estimation that there be no left overs after everyone partake our breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What are the function of our basket:

• Storage of our dried fish
• Storage of our left overs
• Storage of the necessary ingredients for cooking such as onions, garlic, oil, and the like.
• Our basket is also being used when we pick up some vegetables, root crops, banana and many more on our farm.

My dad also used wave basket in case if it will be destroyed because it will loaded of many things as a replacement also.
