Day 165: 5 Minute Freewrite: Monday - Prompt: record
CLASS RECORD
As a teacher for quite sometimes it is my duty to RECORDS all the data for the basis of our grading for a certain a subject. It is our irrevocable data sheets that we can show to the parents, guardians, and scholars from the different agency how we graded them if they will clarify something after the decision during the end of the semester.
In line with this, I have an incident lately that I have one student who FAILED my subjects since he did not comply the requirements in which on the first day of school was being discussed so that they have an idea on how to pass the subjects.
But always remember that Grade is not an assurance of success because not all F's grade in his report card are not successful, they are even our future donors. Why? Because they are risk taker in business rather than A's grade on his report card, they are our future professors and managers of the businesses of the F's grader. That is the reality happened, like our President in the Philippines, he was not a top student in his class, but his cabinet members who are his classmates before was graduated Valedictorian and other honors upon graduation.
Academician, keep your records intact for future references.
I am also an educator and whole-heartdly agree that knowing how to pass a class or "do school" is not an indicator of success in life. Here's to the risk takers!
