Fatigue.
Gaunt.
No sleep for the wicked.
Fog comes,
shrouding all.
Nothing:
Job,
Friends,
Money,
Goods.
Hair grows.
Brain waits,
to try again.
Nothingness.
Floating abyss.
Alone.
Days.
After
days,
after days.
Rain comes.
Snow goes.
Years.
Switched off.
Broken.
Time.
Again.
Waiting.
Waiting,
for the fog,
to roll out.
Sunshine?
Again?
Someday.
Maybe.

The concept and 90% of the words were written in 5 minutes. Then I fiddled a bit.

Ugh, that's my head right now. Time to break out of the rut and see the sun again :) Lovely write. The pace as it pulled me down through the story was really cool.
