OLD TOWEL -day-300-5-minute-freewrite-wednesday-prompt-towel
Mary just returned from the clothes shop and headed straight for the kitchen when her mother was lighting a kerosene stove.
"Ma'am, I bought a new towel. We just throw away the old towel ..."
"Don't, just let us use it. It's pretty good," said her mother, pouring oil into the pan.
Mary showed some new yellow clothes and towels.
"Ma'am, look, isn't that right? Better than our old towel?"
"Yes, obviously because this towel is new, the old towel is one and a half years old," pointing at the old towel that was draped in the clothesline.
"I think the old towel is thicker and more comfortable."
When they got involved in the conversation, Mary and her mother forgot to pour cooking oil into the pan.
suddenly the fire was beginning to grow and burn the pan.
"Ma'am, fire ..."mary shout loudly
The fire grew bigger and made Mary panic.
"Mary, take the old towel ..."
Mary obeyed her mother's orders and gave them.
Her mother immediately dipped the old towel into the water in a bucket and closed the flame with a wet old towel.
Finally the fire can be extinguished with the old towel.
What an old towel that benefits until the last second.
