5 Minute Freewrite: Wednesday - Prompt: racket

It had been a month since Alex found out about Pixie having green
goo coming out of her mouth. The research was going slower than
he hoped, but with limited supplies, it was a tedious task.

CRASH!! SLAM!! KABOOM!!

Alex ran out of his cabin, at the sounds of someone screaming.
His eyes searched the children for anyone hurt. Then he saw some
kids around Pixies tent. He ran to it and pulled open the flap door.

"What the heck is with all that racket?"
Pixie pointed to the corner of her tent. Alex looked over in the left
hand corner to see Tanner, sitting there on the floor, shaking
convulsively.

"I don't know whats wrong," said Pixie. "He came in here and then
started acting all weird. I went to approach him and he freaked out.
Won't let me get 5 feet from him. He was picking things up and
throwing them at me."

Well, that sure took a quick turn to some blood pumping action.
