5 Minute Freewrite: Monday - Prompt: test

A new parent has so many worries and fears to endure. From the moment of birth, to the young adult life. We nurture the offspring in hopes of beginning a new era, filled with hope, love, patience, and kindness. There are days we doubt what we are capable of. Do we make the right choices, or give the best encouragement? The younger years are the easiest part. When they are old enough to leave your home, the biggest test is when you try to overcome the question you ask yourself, will they ever come back home? We want them to grow, and have a beautiful life, and that they remember all we have taught them. The fear of never seeing the child again is more than any pain you could possibly think. We want them to always be around us, so we can protect them, as we had from the very beginning.

Being a single mom, this is going to be the hardest test of my life. It is a big fear of what could happen since he is joining the Forces.
